Terms of Service

Retrolune pairs lunar phases and planetary retrogrades with journaling prompts, tasks, habit cues, optional rituals, and an AI astrologer chat. Astrology and moon-phase content is provided for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile.

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through the billing portal linked in your Profile; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase; by starting to use a paid feature during that period you may be asking us to begin the service immediately, which can affect that right. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or harmful use; no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it; no using the AI features to generate prohibited content or to circumvent usage caps. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Personalized rituals, retrograde guidance, and astrologer responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment; the content is not a substitute for professional advice. Your journal entries remain yours.

The app, its design, and its content library are owned by Retrolune. You retain ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited rights needed to store your content and to process it through our providers to deliver the features you use.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retrolune is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the service or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. We may update them; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
